Account Deletion – Osuria
Osuria is a digital service used by organizations and their customers, members, residents, or end users.
In most cases, Osuria acts as a data processor and provides the service on behalf of an organization (the service provider or customer organization) that acts as the data controller.
User accounts and personal data are created, managed, and owned by the service provider that offers Osuria to you. Osuria does not independently control or manage these accounts.
How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Osuria account or personal data:
- Contact your service provider or organization directly
(for example your housing company, property manager, employer, or other organization providing the service) - Submit an account or personal data deletion request through their customer service or support channel
The service provider will review and process your request in accordance with their policies and legal obligations. If deletion is approved, Osuria will delete or anonymize your data based on instructions from the service provider.
Important information
- Osuria cannot delete or modify accounts without instructions from the service provider
- Your service provider is responsible for managing your account and personal data
- Some data may be retained if required by law or contractual obligations
- After deletion, access to Osuria will no longer be available
If you are unsure who your service provider is, please contact the organization that gave you access to Osuria.
